Plasio B2B ordering and payment platform
Plasio is an ordering platform for food and consumer goods wholesalers. Retailers order from the wholesaler's catalog and pay in the same step.
Payments are collected by a licensed payment service provider, and Plasio does not hold the funds. For product, stock and order data, Plasio can be integrated with the wholesaler's ERP or accounting software.
Catalog and price management
The wholesaler manages products, pack sizes and prices from its own panel. Each retailer can get its own prices, and sees the catalog at those prices.
Payment with the order
The retailer pays when placing the order. Payments are collected by a licensed payment service provider, and Plasio does not hold the funds.
Barcode product search
Retailers find a product by name or by scanning its barcode with the phone camera. Repeat orders can be saved as lists.
ERP and accounting integration
For product, stock and order data, Plasio can be integrated with the wholesaler's ERP or accounting software. Incoming orders are not keyed in a second time.
Order picking and delivery
The wholesaler picks and delivers the order, and the retailer sees the status change. Orders that stock cannot cover are flagged in the list in advance.
Several wholesalers in one catalog
A retailer sees the products of every wholesaler it works with in one catalog. Wholesalers selling the same product are listed side by side with their prices.
